An active member of CMAA throughout his career,
Michael Robinson is one of a handful of professionals worldwide who has achieved the
prestigious Master Club Manager distinction. Michael has also served as Connecticut
Chapter President, on numerous national and state committees, and has conducted
a variety of educational programs for chapters nationwide.
He has earned both a PhD and MBA in Organization and Management in addition to an undergraduate degree
in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In the public sector, Michael has taught management courses at
the University of New Haven, CT; Golden Gate University and Santa Rosa Jr. College, CA.
Michael personally presents all of the interactive programs offered.
