Michael Robinson, PhD, Master Club Manager
President, Robinson | Goslin

Early in his hospitality career, Michael worked in resorts, executive conference centers, country inns and restaurants. His 25-year club management career took him from Connecticut to California with stops in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Michael retired from his position as General Manager of Meadow Club in California to partner with Jim Goslin and grow this successful search service.

Michael’s professional credentials include Certified Club Manager (CCM) and CMAA Honor Society. He is one of 15 Master Club Managers (MCM) worldwide. Michael has earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, an MBA and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership.

James A. Goslin, Jr., Certified Club Manager

Jim’s professional credentials include Certified Club Manager (CCM) and CMAA Honor Society. He earned two degrees from Bryant University and holds a BA in Education with a 5th year teaching credential and a BS in Accounting.
Club management is Jim’s passion as evidenced by his 35-year tenure at Warwick Country Club. He has served as Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) President, New England CMAA Chapter President, and as a member of numerous boards and committees. Additionally, Jim has provided organizational consulting and outplacement service to clubs and club managers.
